My favorite Butiki tea, Watermelon Xylophone!

Amy (Portland, OR)
The tea is potato pancake and applesauce. [teapot is fisher price ;-)] My favorite tea is the creamy eggnog. I like to make a pot when the kids are in bed and the house is quiet. It's like having a rich creamy dessert and a calming tea all in one. Yum!

Sarah (Toronto)
Too many teas (pictured) to name! I have too many favourite teas from Butiki to name only one. What I love most about your teas are how the flavours and the tea blend together to create wonderful cups of tea that are a pleasure to drink. Butiki Teas=synonymous with awesome!

Rachel J and Hudson the Dog (Brooklyn, NY)
Taiwanese Wild Mountain Black: Such a special, sweet flavor. Soothing, smooth, comforting with no astringency, no bitterness. A tea I could never have imagined.

Charissa (California)
Pistachio ice cream. Pistachio is one of my favorite flavors of all times. Butiki tea's pistachio ice cream is amazing of a treat, without the calories! Party on! Check out Charissa's site, Oolong Owl, HERE.

Dmitry (Cherry Hill, NJ)
Organic Silver Needle. My favorite tea: Watermelon Xylophone-It is just sweet, inviting, happy, light and not overbearing and with a loving pinch of sugar, a real delight. From the comforts of my home, to an airplane many feet in the sky, this tea can be enjoyed anywhere.

Sara B. (Ohio, USA)
Dragon Feelers. Right now I'd have to say (my favorite Butiki tea is) Tamarind Pop! I love the tamarind flavor because its so authentic. I can't wait to try more of your teas!

Bonnie Johnstone (Fort Collins, Colorado)
My favorite tea of all time from Butiki is the Taiwanese Wild Mountain Black Tea. The sweet Belgian Waffle aroma and rich, lingering flavor makes this one of the best tea's I've ever tasted. I've shared this tea with friends who are tea professionals and they agree that this is one of those rare tea's, a real jewel! I've been ordering tea from Butiki for over a year and couldn't be happier with the superb service and quality. I've made the switch to naturally flavored tea, and Butiki knows how to blend flavors the right way making tea tasty and fun! The Photo is of (Vegan) Curried Pumpkin Rice Balls with Tangerine Creamsicle Guayusa Buttery Sauce (Vegan). Recipe HERE.

This Amazing Tea Tree sprouts some of the worlds finest teas from Butiki Teas! How can one choose a favorite? I would have to say my custom blend that Stacy created for me called Peach HoppiTea but seriously I am in love with so many from the 2003 Reserve Four Seasons Oolong, to Pineapple Cilantro Cream. Straight teas or blended, Stacy KNOWS perfection in teas! Please check out all our reviews on Butiki Teas at SororiTea Sisters .

Dustin A. (Austin, Texas)
Cantaloupe and Cream. I have only recently tried a few Butiki teas and I have been impressed that the flavors have been so well balanced. So far my favorite has been Three Friends. When I drink other chocolate orange teas, I long for the missing marshmallow flavor that makes Three Friends stand out from the rest.

Amy & Mo (Manhattan, KS)
Watermelon Xylophone. I haven't tried anything from Butiki that I don't absolutely love! My favorites would have to be Pumpkin Creme Brulee and Cantaloup & Cream. The flavors used in both are so amazingly natural that I can't believe I'm actually drinking tea.

Marie F.M. (Guelph, Ontario, Canada)
Camellia and her Grape Oolong Butiki Tea. My favourite tea is Pistachio Ice Cream because it really reminded me of the creaminess of ice cream and I love the green tea based used for it! I started a new job recently as a reservation agent for the provincial and national Canadian parks. I brought Creamy Eggnog with me on my first day of taking calls and it really did help to calm me down. I ended up with a 97% quality call score on my very first week! (I'm sure the tea must have helped!) I love your teas and you have great customer service.

Raspberry Truffle. I love the creativity of some of your flavors. You're the only tea shop I have found so far with flavors like cantaloupe, cilantro & watermelon in your teas. Off the wall and totally awesome.

Sencha Superior. One of my favourite foods is watermelon so my favourite Butiki tea has to be Watermelon Xylophone. Not only does it smell like watermelon but it tastes like it down to the point that I could no longer tell the difference between watermelon juice and this tea. As a melon fan it's simply amazing! After drinking tea for years I have never come across anything as unique an tasty and this tea and nor have I since drinking this.

Daisy Chubb (Halifax)
Good Morning Sunshine Guayusa! In the sunny window of my Halifax basement apartment, waking me up like no other!~ I still have a bit left, I'm hoarding it like a freak until I can make my order. My favourite tea of yours is still Cantaloupe & Cream, but I'm hoping that the Watermelon Xylophone will soon take that place hehe. I'm paring down my tea collection and not ordering from random companies anymore. I want my tea chest to be full of premium, delicious teas made with care, and that's why I'm about to make a large order with Butiki. Finally. I can't wait! Check out Daisy Chubb's Teas and Treats HERE

Organic Sparrow Tongue. Raspberry Truffle is my favourite! I would have used it in photos but I'm out! :| I find chocolate in teas to be really hit and miss but Butiki has nailed it. This tea was really rich and creamy - unlike some chocolate teas that taste like watered down cocoa. The raspberries were amazing as well. I will have to get more with my $5 coupon! :D I'm pretty excited to try more Butiki Teas. I love that you are on Steepster and we can interact with you, and see what you're brewing next. (I'm Cavocorax there btw.) Thanks for being such an active part of the community! Also I love your unusual teas - the potato pancake one was really good.

Good Morning Sunshine! Guayusa is a great caffeine alternative that provides the kickstart I sometimes need in the morning because it has the rev that coffee or a full-bodied black tea gives with the smoothness and creaminess of a green tea. The fresh crisp scent of Meyer lemon peel is cooling on the palate and even when that refreshing flavour slowly steeps away, the guayusa is still good for further multiple steeps. My mature Meyer lemon was obliging to provide a shot with both fruit (still hanging from last season!) and new buds for this summer's crop. It was a little hazardous avoiding the thorns and buzzing bees but worth the wonderful experience of deeply inhaling the heady lemon blossoms up close.

Emily Mehigan (Upstate, NY)
2003 Reserve Four Season Oolong with my cat, Kaya. Watermelon Xylophone and Taiwanese Wild Mountain Black are really good. The Watermelon Xylophone is my favorite because it's one of the only watermelon teas I've had that actually tastes like real watermelon! Every other one I've had other things like apple in them, and didn't taste as I'd hoped. The Wild Mountain Black is my favorite because it's the first pure black tea I've had that I was actually in love with. The flavor is amazing! Just want to add, even though I know I say it a lot, how awesome you are! Great customer service (I feel like we actually know each other rather than just being a nameless order number), quality tea, and speedy shipping! What more could a girl want?

Jayde (Canton, TX)
Chyrsanthemum Double Trouble. Rose Violet Calendula Oolong is my favorite tea. The floral blend of flavors is harmonious and relaxing.

Jo Johnson, AGiftOfTea (New York, NY)
Grapefuit Dragon. One of my favorites sweet tart tantalizing.

Laura (Manchester, New Hampshire)
Peppermint Patty. I received Peppermint Patty as a sample with my recent order. It was my first order, but it certainly won't be my last!

Natasha Eisener (NB, Canada)
Creamy Eggnog and Maple Pecan Oolong. Wally the Dog approves of Butiki Teas! So far I have only tried these two but I am hooked! I had to place another order immediately to grab more before the eggnog is gone. When I decide to try more straight teas rather than flavored I will go to Butiki because I can practically taste the quality. I'm still new to the world of tea but quickly expanding my horizons, and I am already impressed with Butiki!

Chuckie Dixon (In the kitchen)
Three friends. Cantaloupe & Cream is my favorite because it is so good and different from any tea I have ever tried.

Jenny (Philadelphia, PA)
Khongea Golden Tippy Assam. Currently addicted to the eggnog tea, just because of my affinity for all things vanilla-esque and creamy. Eggnog tea is smooth and delicious. Pumpkin Creme Brulee made this decision really hard. Fabulous tea selection, attentive customer service and reasonable prices.

Peach HoppiTea Custom Blend. Stacy's custom blending is by far the most interactive and fun custom blending process you will find anywhere! I have tried many, and while I have enjoyed each process unto itself, Butiki Teas custom blending process is TRULY what a custom blend is all about! There is nothing closer to a TRUE custom blend from start to finish than this. My blend, Peach HoppiTea is excellent!

Benson with Organic Spring Twist. Organic Spring Twist is lovely and a full flavored green that is one of my favorite unflavored greens. I've been drinking more of it as my bunny chewed up the package!

Part of my rag doll collection. The big buck tooth one (Dona Isabella) is about 35-40 years old from Spain, when my brother lived there. The rest from travels since they don't break. I mostly get dolls that look like my kids and grandkids. The front one laying down is from Peru and is a mummy doll. The fabric is over 1000 years old according to the Department of Linguistics when I was in Lima in 1986. The dolls think the Gaiwan is a hot tub! (I don't let them drink my Butiki tea!)

Azzrian (Kansas)
2003 Four Seasons Reserve Oolong. Don't overlook Stacy's straight teas! They are as amazing as her blends! Stacy is amazing and brings us excellent quality teas and creative blends with top notch customer service!

Grapefruit Dragon. While this might not be the same grapefruit from which this tea has its flavouring, this is a shot of the pomelo that is from last year's crop. The wonderful thing about citrus trees is how long the fruit holds on through the seasons. At any one time, especially in California a citrus tree can bear mature fruit, flowers, and young fruit all at the same time. My favourite tea is still Flowery Pineapple Oolong because it's both strongly fruity yet light at the same time. However, based on the same criteria, Watermelon Xylophone is also a strong contender.

The Killer's Vanilla. I thought the fortuitous shadow cast by the lavender flower over your butiki icon is interesting. I don't have a vanilla orchid so the two plants shown representing two of this guayusa's elements are French Lavender and peppermint. I tried to push the rosemary away with my foot but it still managed a vanity shot at the bottom corner. I think my next order should be Three Friends so my beautiful orange tree can be featured. If you plan on adding a Sakura-flavoured tea, I can even show off the flowering Kanzan cherry. I do enjoy taking tea in the garden.
